- Responsible for the sales and accounts in the Builder Division
- Maintain and develop relationships with current customers and potential customers for flooring and accessories
- Market floor covering, turn-key installation and additional accessories to local Builders
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Understand all Valuflor products, accessories, and services; along with market competition and how to utilize products to support and grow the company
- Achieve and exceed Company directed performance goals
- Review and analyze sales and usage reports in order to manage + maintain profitability
- Create bids and Builder product programs
- Develop + communicate product knowledge to customers
- Implement process and onboarding with Internal Operations team
- Manage quality communication with customers and internal team members
- Execute onboarding process and procedures for new and existing clients
- Expand customer base by converting prospects into new clients
- Continue maintaining customer relationships on a direct level, while also maintaining a presence with the internal operations team during entire customer process - start to finish
